IPD Group Unveils New State-of-the-Art Facility in Noble Park, Victoria

IPD Group is proud to announce the official opening of its new Victorian facility in Noble Park. This strategic move
brings together three leading businesses within the IPD Group family, each with a distinct offering, into a single
purpose-built location.

The new facility is designed to increase service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer engagement across
Victoria. “This is a significant step in our national growth strategy,” said Michael Sainsbury, CEO of
IPD Group. “By consolidating our Melbourne operations into one central location, we are creating a stronger,
more collaborative environment that allows us to better support our customers and suppliers. This reflects our
long-term commitment to the Victorian market and our confidence in the continued demand for innovative electrical
and automation solutions.”

For Addelec, the move has enabled the development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art testing laboratory, built to
support advanced testing, calibration and compliance. For CMI Electrical, the Noble Park facility includes an
expanded warehouse to increase local stock holdings and a dedicated product showroom that provides customers with a
hands-on experience of CMI’s extensive product range. IPD’s new Melbourne base now holds an emergency
stock of motors and drives, enabling faster response times during critical breakdowns. Additionally, the site
includes a dedicated product and solutions showroom, allowing customers to explore the latest technologies in
person.

The facility also features multiple meeting rooms and a modern training room, available for use by customers and
suppliers for meetings, product training sessions, or collaborative workshops—reinforcing IPD Group’s
commitment to partnership and industry development.

stock availability, and technical expertise across Victoria and beyond.
